COVID Updates

COVID cases are on the rise in our area, but we continue to work hard at Twin City Pediatrics to ensure that we are available to see your children safely - for both well and sick visits. Here are a few updates:

Sick Visits:

We are currently seeing most sick children in the parking lot - weather permitting. If you'll call or text us when you arrive, our clinical team will call to check you in. We're now offering both rapid and send out COVID-19 testing, depending on your child's symptoms and/or exposures. We are also able to test patients before travel, and are happy to discuss the correct timing of obtaining these tests.

Checkups:

Though we are always here to see your children when they are sick, it is equally important that we see them for well checks too! When you come for your regularly scheduled checkups, we have continued all of our prescreening procedures, including temperature checks prior to check in. You can also complete all of the checkup questions on mychart ahead of time to make your visit quick and easy. We are doing extra cleaning in between patients and have designated rooms for the sick children that need to be seen inside.

Masking

We continue to ask that you wear a mask for all visits, both in the office and in the car. We can assure you that we will have a mask on too! If you or your child don't have a mask, we're happy to provide you with one.

Flu Shots

Come get your flu shots! We are offering flu vaccines every day and will even come out to the car to give them!

Holiday Hours

We have modified hours on Christmas Eve, New Years Eve and New Years Day. We are only closed on Christmas Day.

Happy Holidays from our team at TCP! Stay well and wear a mask!
