Troy Li-Barber, LCMHC
Licensure and Education:
- LCMHC (Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor)
- NCC (National Certified Counselor)
- Graduated from North Carolina A&T with a Master of School Counseling in 2014
- Trained in CBIT- Comprehensive Behavioral Intervention for Tics

Personal Biography:
I have been in human services since 2000 as a licensed counselor since 2014, specializing mostly in the mental health and behavioral needs of children and adolescents (anxiety, depression, family dynamics and life transitions). I am currently a full-time high school counselor and enjoy working part time at Twin City Pediatrics because they are an extraordinary team.
I grew up in Wisconsin participate in many outdoor activities and moved to North Carolina and the Triad in 2008 and continue to enjoy the natural environment that includes both mountains and beaches. I enjoy time with my wife and my fur-babies.
