New Patients
Welcome to Twin City Pediatrics! We are excited and honored that you are considering our TCP as your Pediatric Care Specialist. It is always special for us to be invited by new parents to join in the care of a new baby. The continuity of care and watching a baby grow and develop into a wonderful child is one of the primary reasons that we all feel privileged to work in pediatric medicine and child health care.
Prenatal Visits
We understand the importance of choosing the right pediatric providers and the right pediatric office for your family. To help with this process, we welcome you to schedule a free prenatal visit to meet with one of our providers, hear more about our practice and receive a tour of our office. Please call our main number during regular office hours to schedule a prenatal visit.
Welcome to the World!!!
Once your baby is born, you simply need to notify the hospital staff that you have chosen Twin City Pediatrics to provide your baby's pediatric healthcare. We are more than excited to see your baby in the office the day after you go home. Please call our office a 336-718-3960 to set up their first visit here before your baby is discharged from the hospital
Transfer Patients
If you are interested in transferring your child's care from another practice to one of our providers at Twin City Peds, you will need to fill out an authorization to release and exchange information form. This authorizes us to request a copy of your past medical records from your previous pediatrician so we can have good continuity of care.

We ask that all transfer patients complete the New Patient Medical History Form and the TCP Demographic form found by clicking the link below. These forms may be downloaded, printed, completed and faxed to our office at least 2 days before your appointment or brought to your first appointment.
