Our office hours and guidelines for scheduling and canceling appointments are listed below. 

Scheduling an Appointment Online

To schedule an appointment for Morning Quick-Sick Clinic, please visit our homepage at www.ShotsHurtLess.com and click on "Make an Appointment for Quick Sick-Clinic" in the lower left corner.

To schedule an appointment for a Flu Vaccination, please visit our homepage at www.ShotsHurtLess.com and click on "Make an Appointment for a Flu Vaccine Visit" in the lower left corner.

As a courtesy to all of our patients, please call ahead to schedule appointments and arrive on time for your appointment so that we may keep waiting time to a minimum. New patients should arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment to complete necessary  medical history forms. We do not offer a walk-in clinic.

Confirmation and Cancellation

You will receive a phone call from our appointment reminder system, reminding you of your upcoming appointment. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please call our office 24 hours in advance. Your phone call is critical in helping us provide continuous care to all of our valued patients. If you should fail to give us notice of your cancellation, the following policy will be applied:

First missed appointment: No charge
Second missed appointment: $25 charge
Third missed appointment: $25 charge and possible dismissal from Twin City Pediatrics.
