TCP Clemmons

We have an 'open door' philosophy for all our offices, meaning parents can choose whether they want their children to be seen at the Maplewood, Medical Park, or Clemmons office. Parents can schedule according to what is most convenient for them. For patients under 3 years of age, we would like for parents to consistently choose the same office for their well check ups if at all possible.

We are located in the blue building behind the Clemmons Library.

You can also access the office from Stadium Dr. by turning in front of the Old Clemmons School Gym.
