Forsyth Pediatrics at Medical Park obtains email addresses from parents of our patients for the purpose of sending email containing administrative information to parents of our patients.  We do not sell email address information.  Further, WE DO NOT COMMUNICATE MEDICAL INFORMATION ON PATIENTS THROUGH THIS SITE.
