Austin Cromer, PA-C
Personal Biography:
I grew up in a small town just north of Winston in Stokes County. I attended UNC-Chapel Hill (GO HEELS) where I studied biology. During my time at UNC I debated multiple careers in healthcare and found that being PA was the right "dose" of medicine for me. After graduating in 2016 I spent some time working as nursing assistant at Wake Forest Baptist Health before I was hired as scribe at TCP. While working as a scribe I developed an interest in pediatrics and the experience I gained served me well in PA school.
I graduated from the Wake Forest PA program in 2021 and started working for Piedmont Ear, Nose & Throat (PENTA). While working at PENTA I was able to care for both adults and children. My time there was a great start to my career as a PA, however, I was thrilled when TCP asked to join the practice. I'm excited to be back as a provider and look forward to caring for the children at TCP.
Outside of the office my wife and I enjoy spending time with our 5-year-old son and new baby daughter, trying out new air-fryer recipes and serving at Two Cities Church.
